Study of the Tensile and Bonding Properties between Cement-Based Grout Materials and High-Strength Bolts

This study investigated the tensile and bonding properties between cement-based grouting materials (CBGM) high-strength bolts. The associated failure mechanism, load-slip curve, ultimate pull-out load bond stress were also studied. effects of anchorage length square steel tube restraint on explored basis 24 specimens used in central testing, a stress–slip constitutive relationship model bolts CBGM was proposed. results indicate that with increase bolts, modes can be divided into three types: fracture bolt occurred when lengths ranged from 18 d to 31 d, experienced splitting constraint less than 15 without tubes. When experiences failure, remains constant decreases as increases. Due lateral constrained effect tube, embodies three-dimensional state, which delay generation development internal cracks enhance strength.
